TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ARTICLE 1: SUBJECT
The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of EARL DELACROIX KERHOAS whose head office is located at avenue de la gare in Théziers (30390) and of its client in the context of the sale of the following goods: Wines , fruit juices and fruits.
Any service performed by EARL DELACROIX KERHOAS therefore implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 2: PRICE
The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the day the order is taken.
They are denominated in euros and calculated excluding taxes. Consequently, they will be increased by the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order.
EARL DELACROIX KERHOAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.
ARTICLE 3: DISCOUNTS
The prices offered include discounts and rebates that EARL DELACROIX KERHOAS may grant based on its results or the payment by the purchaser of certain services.
ARTICLE 4: PREPAYMENT
No discount will be granted in the event of prepayment.
ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY
Delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that EARL Delacroix Kerhoas had has arranges the delivery, this would be made either by direct delivery of the goods to the buyer, or at the place indicated by the buyer on the order form.
Consequently, any delay in the delivery of the goods cannot result in award of dammages of the buyer to an allocation of damages or a cancellation of the sale.
The verification of the delivered goods must be made at the time of delivery in our presence or our carrier.
In the event of goods missing or damaged during transport, the buyer must make all the necessary instructions on the order form upon receipt of the said goods.
ARTICLE 6: TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment for orders is made by bank transfer.
ARTICLE 7: PAYMENT DEADLINES
Any order implies a payment defined according to the methods and means specified in the ordering process.
