Terroir of clay-silty plains and stony clays.
 
Vinification:
Rapid bleeding of Grenache and Nieluccio. Cold settling for 24 hours, then gently vinified in stainless steel vats. No sulfur in the cellar, the wines are protected by high doses of CO2 in the vats. No gluing. Sulphiting at 3g/hL before bottling.
 
Tasting:
This pale pink rosé expresses discreet aromas of small red fruits. The greedy mouth surprises by its structure and its volume, there are aromas of ripe fruits and caramel.
