Terroir of clay-silty plains and stony clays.
 
Winemaking:
Vinification in 2 stages: Short maceration on a Grenache/Niellucio blend to give fruit. Marselan and Merlot in longer maceration for a more structured profile. Vinified in concrete vats, started with a starter. Assembly in December. No sulfur in the cellar, the wines are protected by high doses of CO2 in the vats. No gluing. No added sulphites.
 
Tasting:
Intense nose of ripe black fruits and spices. The mouth is velvety on the fruit, rich and greedy with structure and melted tannins.
 
Aging: 2 years
